Hired in 2015 to create the curriculum and teach the UX Design - Information Architecture course at George Brown College, Toronto. The course covers a wide range of fundamental topics of UX Design including; responsive design, common deliverables, native iOS and Android mobile design systems, and industry employment expections. The course was developed to allow students to pick a topic of interest and, week-by-week, create a portfolio of various deliverables. The class also worked in groups on weekly homework assignments and quizzes as part of the course.
To this point I have worked with hundreds students of all professional backgrounds to help them develop their skills and accumulate a solid portfolio. There are some students that I still keep in touch with and regularly meet to review their work and provide any assistance I can offer.
