I‘m a UX Designer and Manager currently based in Toronto. My career spans more than 20 years working with businesses of all sizes in various fields contributing to the creation of digital products. I lead design sessions all over the world, problem solving through creative thinking.

For the past 10 years I've been expanding and advancing my role with IBM Canada working on a wide range of products and technologies. During my 7 years with the Apple+IBM Team as UX Design Lead I interviewed and worked with end users and business stakeholders from across the world, I listened to their stories, gathered pain points, and eventually designed solutions. My end goal is always to encourage my team members, create solutions that enhance day-to-day tasks, make life better at work, and hopefully put smiles on faces.
